DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! The only thing this store cares about is making new sells, they will neglect and completely ignore everything else (account questions, billing, equipment pickup, or anything that isn't making them a commission).
Some of the workers are just sitting on their butts while there's a lobby of 10+ people at any given hour. They will, again, prioritize appointment customers and purchasing customers. Even if you get there before other customers, if those other customers are here to purchase, they will skip over you and attend the customer that, again, will make them a commission.
Money is the only thing this store cares about, which is something pretty sad. You can hear them upscaling customers, providing insurance and warranty that is unnecessary and bundling $150 - $300 dollars worth of equipment that doesn't cost more than $20-$50 on Amazon.
Safe yourself the headache and go to either a different store, or simply choose another provider. I've been a loyal at&t customer for over 5 years and never once have I experienced something this saddening.
They could easily have an agent or two solely dedicated for customers that are here for any other service but like I've said 500 times in this review, this store only cares about money. Horrible customer service, water isn't even offered.
This might make sense at a dealership, not at a phone store on a Tuesday. A Tuesday.
They just want what's on your pocket.
Despite this, I'd still rather wait 2-3hrs than wait an entire day for shipping.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I waited over 45 minutes without my name being called. There were about six representatives working, but they all disappeared into the back at the same time, leaving only two employees helping customers. The rest of us were left waiting with no explanation.
When I asked why no one was calling customers, I was simply told, “We’re going to call right now; we just finished.” However, there had been a long period where customers were just sitting and waiting while service was essentially stopped.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. Customers deserve better communication, adequate staffing, and respect for their time. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues and improves the level of service.
I would not recommend this location unless management improves customer service and holds employees accountable for long wait times.

I had a great experience at the Spectrum store in Cypress, located at the corner of Knott and Katella. I walked in to swap out my modem for a new one, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. The store is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The check-in process was fast, and the waiting line moved efficiently. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location

Worse than the DMV used to be (not in the same league as the DMV now). 45 minutes wait to return a modem, which took less than 30 seconds after the wait. Instead of sending you a shipping label so you can drop off at any UPS like how decent businesses do things in the 21st century, they make you go to store and wait, so they can sell you things you don't need. And their mobile service? Forget it. 6 call with their so-called "Customer Solutions" and phone still does work and still being overcharged for supposedly "free" phone, after being assured repeatedly phone would be activated immediately and charges removed. It's corporate fraud. Be prepared to start from square 1 every time you call them since it's like taking to a different company every time. Explain things from the Big Bang onward, jump through all the hoops, then prepare to do it a dozen more times. And what's with the canned responses to reviews. AI's can do much better than that. This store is obviously plagued, not that the corporation is any better.

Nothing is clear here. Some people make schedule on touchscreen and wait for hours. Some people get in the store and visit the service member directly without waiting. I can see my name in the screen list on the wall. I am the next, but still waiting. There is one person front of me. But stucked! I was here at 3:02, it is 4:05 now.
And yes, I am still here and waiting!!!!
Edit: I’m still waiting. It is 4:53
