Very positive…great customer service!!!!

Scheduling and providing an estimate for the job was seamless. While scheduling, they said they would call on the day of service and provide a 45 minute "heads-up" enroute to my location (my home), within a 4 hour window provided. Sure enough, I received a call saying they were 45 minutes out, then they arrived exactly on time. They quickly transported all my boxes of old files to the shredder truck and shredded in my presence and wrote me a shredding report/receipt, all within 10 minutes. Very easy to do business with and dependable!
