This is the first time I filed my tax returns here, respectively. The gentleman Ethan was of tremendous help and gave me proper guidance. Due to it being the first time, I wasn't too sure about the basic steps. In fact, last week was the first appointment scheduled for me. Though I forgot one specific form, they were generous to add it for my taxes earlier today. They even went as far as including my final payment for this week's event. I'll highly recommend it!

I was behind in my taxes and I went to Strayer Saylors and I spoke with the office manager Lisa. She was very kind and understand with my situation. She recommended that I fill out an extension and not rush the situation and stress about it. I was assigned to Brian and when I met Brian in October, before the final date to file my taxes, he was very welcoming. He explained everything to me and informed me of the challenges that I would be facing. When Brian finished with my 2 years of back taxes, I did ha e to pay, but he was very informative and laid everything of for me to understand. If you truly need help and want it done right.
