Five stars isn't enough to give Josh and his team more like a 10+ Josh was amazing from the beginning. Given the fact the house had sentimental value and the situation in selling was a difficult situation Josh made the decision at ease and was very understanding. Working with Josh was a Godsend as he always looked after what was best for the situation as well as for the sale of the house. Recommendation is very high for The Ave-Josh as our realtor.
