We recently had the pleasure of working with HM Security - ADT Authorized Dealer and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was more than reasonable, from the pricing to the level of customer service provided. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner (Rey Zendejas) of the company, who treated us like family and showed incredible hospitality throughout the process. When it came time for the installation at our business, the technician Felipe did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful every step of the way. He made sure everything was installed properly and took the time to answer all of our questions. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend HM Security - ADT Authorized Dealer to anyone looking for reliable security services with honest pricing and excellent customer care.

I live in Manhattan Beach and was looking for a security company to help protect my home. After researching several companies online, I decided to go with HM Security, and I’m very glad I did. Their technician Tony was punctual, efficient, and very professional. He took the time to show me how to use the system and how the cameras operate, which made everything easy to understand. I’m very happy with my decision and would highly recommend HM Security to anyone looking for a reliable security company.
