My mom and I came into this store today to wait for the primary account holder to arrive so we could transfer the account into our name. While I completely understand and respect company security policies regarding account ownership and needing the account holder present, the customer service delivery from the male employee at the front counter was very unprofessional. When my mom asked a simple clarifying question about the process, instead of just explaining the policy politely, he gave a condescending and rude response, saying, 'Well yeah, of course. We're not just going to take your word for it.' Basic company policies can easily be explained with standard courtesy without speaking down to customers or making rude remarks. Better training in basic communication and professional customer service is definitely needed at this location.

After 6 weeks of our Verizon internet being out and no updates ever provided, we decided to go to Spectrum. We are not only getting internet again, but the 3 year lock in price made the switch even easier. Verizon lost a 25 year customer. Verizon's lost is absolutely Spectrum's gain!!

I went in with my equipment ready to cancel my internet and cable service because the service had gotten too expensive. Eric helped me at the counter and I was able to get a promotion that lowered by bill. I was super happy with the professional and knowledgeable service I received today from Eric. I was seriously ready to cancel, but I left feeling happy and satisfied with my new rate! Thank you!

Beware of this store! I said I did not want mobile and was quite clear about it. Found out later that a whole Samsung phone and phone number was now linked to my name. Had to contact CS to shut it down but was definitely not fun to deal with.

Came to drop off my equipment so won’t get charged they open at 10 and didn’t open the doors until exactly 10. I was out of there by 10:15 and there was two people ahead of me you check in as long as you have all the equipment they scan it in and then they’ll email you that everything has been dropped off. Made the drop off easy parking is pretty easy. They don’t have a bathroom for the public seven out of 10 recommend this location.
