I met Erik through a commercial property listing he was representing. After driving out to look at the exterior of the property, I gave Erik a call and he immediately drove out to the property to give a tour of the inside. Erik also introduced me to another neighboring property that was not on the market yet, and it turned out to be perfect for me. Roughly two months later, we successfully closed the deal on that property. Erik was very helpful guiding me through the process and answering the abundance of questions I had along the way.

Would highly recommend Erik! He is an upstanding guy, works hard, is quick to respond to inquiries, and knows the market extremely well! Absolutely use Erik for your realtor needs!

Pretty Darn Happy with Eric Wiese! After listing my investment property with him, he had a full price, qualified offer from a credible buyer within a week. The buyer came from his immediate contacts. The sales process went smoothly, and Eric kept me informed all along the way. Definitely would use him again.

We had the pleasure of working with Elijah for our sale, and the experience was fantastic! Even though real estate is his primary focus, his professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication truly stood out. He made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free, handling everything with great attention to detail. His excellent communication and negotiation skills helped us secure a great deal quickly. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond for his clients, Elijah is the one to call. Highly recommend!

Elijah gave me creative advice on using seller carry for a recent purchase. He took the time to help me see some options I hadn’t considered. Grateful for his help—highly recommend!
