About 6 months ago, I was invited by Sam the owner, to interview to work for him part-time for a second job. His office is about two hours away from me. Yet, I still went because he seemed like a good honest person on the phone. When I arrived, he was dressed in a very nice suit and looked really professional! I said this guy, is a serious businessman! He hired me on the spot and told me to call his scheduler Moe. I called many times but the guy never answered! I called Sam back but he never answered as well. They just wasted my time and money! Then a couple of weeks ago, Sam called me and said that he had a new post near my house. He then had me go to an orientation to talk to the site supervisor and I even took a group photo with him and his crew. I thought I was hired. He then had me contact Moe again for scheduling. This time, he contacted me. I first addressed him on why he didn’t answer my calls before. He ignored my question but he wanted me to go their office two hours away in the middle of the night to fill out paperwork. No kidding! He started to be rude and persistent on the phone. I finally had to hang up. The next day I called Sam and he said that he would handle it. Neither one ever called me back. Yesterday, I called Sam one more time to see what happened and why he didn’t call me. He said that he was “busy and would call me back”. Of course he never did. There’s no logical reason why anyone would want to do business with such disrespectful and irresponsible people! Posting this, I see that he has so many good reviews an nothing less than three stars! Very weird and suspicious! He probably hired a business to keep bad reviews from appearing. If he takes my review down, I will continue to repost the truth!

They are the best our property manager hired they're security company Elegant Security Inc Is the best we had a problem with Drug Dealer and Addict also homeless, vagrant, undesirable residents on the property. We can sleep now 💤 and not worry about at thing. They are quickly responding to the problems. Definitely I want to recommend them for your problem they're getting my 10 Stars 🤩

I have had 2 past experiences with this company both of which I highly recommend using. I have had guards come and stand a post at both events that I have hosted and they were really nice to the guests that came as well as made sure no boundaries were crossed at the event. I asked that the party be mature and that everyone stays in line and they definitely did a wonderful job at doing so. If you have an upcoming event that is important to you that I strongly recommend giving them a call and booking the guards that they have.

I had multiple experiences with elegant security. The guards are very professional and have a great sense of safety. I was very comfortable having them there because they truly showed that they care. They have reports that they keep track of as well as make sure to be at their post all the time. They don’t leave their position and are really nice to those that approach them. I strongly recommend this company for any of your event needs and security. Thank you for everything elegant security! You guys are the best!

Really happy with the service and transparency of this organization. Elegant security, who managed our account, was super responsive, and happy to share all the details of how their system works (this meant a lot, as our company had never hired a security service before). We received a report every morning detailing any occurrences from the previous night, and the price is very fair. I would highly recommend them
