It is quite a rare thing for someone or company to live up to their name. I have dealt with accountants, and various tax preparers for over 30 years. Day one of talking with Paul on the phone he impressed me with his customer service and knowledge. I thought if he just did half of what he was promising i would be happy. The first year was clean up from Tax Hive (Shark tank) total rip off. Second year He exceeded my expectations and more than lived up to the name Phenomenal, From Paul to Margo and every point of contact they have been outstanding. I wish i could give them ten stars. Paul has been so helpful in transitioning us from our other accountant who unfortunately became unresponsive. Not only did he spend much of his valuable time assisting us in the transfer, but he noticed many things that the previous accountant missed (and even helped us get another refund from the IRS that we would've otherwise missed for my wife's business) His team clearly has the knowledge and expertise that are needed in an accountant and his responsiveness is unmatched. At first, communication was a bit dull, but to be clear I became a client of Paul's at the center of the Pandemic when many laws and factors were setting in motion, so I was understanding of the stressful moments and situation his team had to go through to accommodate all his clients, but they picked up real fast and were able to assist me with my small business needs and tax services as well. As a recent small business operator with no experience, I had several questions and Paul was always able to answer very quickly in a professional manner with great advice and feedback.
