Fantastic service -they made sure to follow up to make sure the semi-annual premiums were paid because they make sure the payment methods are current and up to date. Most insurance firms just send a bill and minimize customer service. This place doesn't and check up to make sure we are doing well. I feel like they are on my team.

Eugene Solomon is not who you want as your insurance broker. Once he gets your business, he is completely unresponsive and leaves you hanging until it’s almost too late for policy renewals, new policies, etc. he is absolutely terrible at returning calls and emails. Worst is that he even left me uninsured for possibly several years (still trying to find this out) and then tried to put the blame on me. Insurance is an important and necessary thing in life, you need to know that you can trust that you’re being taken care of - Eugene doesn’t have your back, he just has his hand in your wallet.
