I walked in unsure if I wanted to buy a chair due to the cost. But I knew the reputation. I’ve been looking for the right chair for a while now and I’ve definitely spent money on too many cheap ones when I got there. Ashley was there and she was incredibly knowledgeable, wonderfully engaging and a respectful sales person. She walked me through each chair and told me why each was different. Her follow up was on point if you have the opportunity, I would be there when she’s there to buy.

5-Star Customer Service! We placed a furniture order online. Vivian called us within an hour to clarify if we wanted a different version of a chair ... which we absolutely did. She cancelled our original order and reordered for us. She also broke the order into multiple shipments so that we wouldn't have to wait on a few of the items. Quick and easy to communicate with. We would definitely order from Vivian again.

If you're planning to get a Hernan Miller product, or were simply curious in trying out their chairs, this store is a friendly place to try it out.
I had the pleasure of working with Allen when it came to my purchase. He was thorough in checking for any available discounts, answered all my questions, and even helped me with the warranty on my chair.
Thanks again Allen, you're the best!

I have purchased a few office chairs here and salesman Allen was very helpful and guided us through the process of picking out the right chairs for our needs. I was also grateful to sit in the chairs as opposed to just buying from the website. Great store and I'll buy from them again!

When my wife shepherded me into the Herman Miller store at The Point in El Segundo, I was definitely NOT in the market for an ergonomic chair. But the moment, sales associate Allen Hart sat me in "the" chair, I knew I needed an ergonomic chair. With a few twists and turns of this and that control, I was able to sink back into a chair that conformed to the contours of my back.
Two months later, I no longer seek long, hot showers to relieve shoulder, back, and most importantly, lower back pains after extended hours coding at a keyboard.
That visit to HM at the Point not only took the "hype" out of ergonomics for me but it harkened me back to the taken-for-granted brick and mortar days of yore (Yes, I'm old enough to use that word) when I used to touch and feel a product before handing over the plastic.
Working with the chair for this short amount of time has revived an appreciation for the quality of "American Made" products that last decades, not just years (also old enough to know all about that). HM warranties the chair for 12 years! Seriously!?!
And last, and perhaps best of all, the service! I ordered the chair late on a Friday afternoon. Sunday rolls around and I called Allen, not once, but twice to change my choice of color schemes. Professionally accommodating: "Not a problem!"
A week later, the chair in the colors I wanted is sitting at my workstation, delivered out of Michigan in a week of inclement weather that snarled traffic across the Midwest.
Service, quality AND no more back pains!
Thank you Allen! Thank you Herman Miller!
(BTW: That photo you may see with this posting is from one of those days of yore. Sorry, that guy didn't have back pains.)
