We’ve now worked with CDC on two separate remodels and can’t wait to start the third. Everyone there is amazing and a pleasure to work with. The design/build process is definitely the way to go and CDC helped us through every phase of the process; it was as painless as major remodels could possibly be. Thank you Beth, Santos, Chelsea, Ryan, Tiffany, Fernando, Lito, and the rest of the CDC crew for everything you do!

Custom Design & Construction performed a full kitchen remodel on our ~40-year-old galley-style kitchen and we are absolutely THRILLED with the results! Beth and Chelsea provided a variety of design options and were completely accommodating of our odd requests (39” vs 36” height for countertops, an 18” elevated dishwasher platform, and no upper cabinetry, among others). Beth’s virtual mock-ups were particularly helpful in visualizing our plans. Our site manager Ryan was fabulous, and went above and beyond with communication and service, providing us with excellent practical advice and solutions for some of the problems our 1940-era house presented to his team. Ryan was consistently calm and positive about the project, and was also able to include several last-minute requests that made a big difference to the final look and our satisfaction with the job. The work was completed well within the proposed timeline, with no surprise charges. We would use this company again in a heartbeat—truly outstanding quality from start to finish from everyone at CDC. They lived up to their name and we now have the “custom design”-ed kitchen of our dreams!

We chose CDC for our home renovation after interviewing several contractors and we are so happy with the experience and the results. Our expectations were met or exceeded throughout the process. Our designer, Beth, squeezed every bit of efficiency out of our small kitchen space while at the same time making it more beautiful than we thought possible. Santos was masterful at coordinating the entire process while Ryan, Lito, and all of the crew were such a pleasure to work with. The people at CDC take great pride in their work and it shows. We would certainly look to CDC for any future projects and highly recommend their services.

We did a complete kitchen remodel with Custom Design and Construction. Our experience was outstanding from planning to execution. They listened to what I wanted and added their expertise, leading to a great plan. The schedule was set out in advance, and they stuck to it. Being a large family without a kitchen is tough, but the project went smoothly and quickly. I was comfortable with all of the workers being in our house - they were professional, courteous and clean. The kitchen remodel couldn't have turned out better. We continue to get complements on the kitchen and the workmanship. We would definitely use Custom Design and Construction again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience with the folks at Custom Design. We decided to renovate the bathroom, and while it took a little longer than we were expecting, it was a totally pain-free remodeling. And they have professionals who know what they are doing, and they give you always the right advice. I would definitely work with them again. My wife and I are very happy with the whole experience. And more thing that help a lot: you can give them your house keys, and rest assured you won't have one problem.
