As a seller, I couldn't have asked for a better overall real estate experience. Neda's knowledge of the North County Coastal market is impressive. Once I agreed to work with her she put together a property appraisal that really was right on the money (accidental pun). It was accurate and realistic, not too high, not too low. Priced to sell. Also the ability to call or text her and have direct, next to immediate, access is so valuable. For example, even when I called for the very first time, just looking around at possible realtors, to have Neda answer the phone was a real wow factor. I was almost sold right then and there.
