Very great customer service the lady who picked up was so kind! As someone who calls a lot of companies it's very nice to finally have someone kind and helful pick up the phone!

This company is a big scam. We had paid for continous fire monitoring of our business for the past 2 years in accordance to state law. We recently had a fire inspection by another company and came to find out that the monitoring system had been unplugged all along. We were paying them to do this for 2 years, and they did not even know that the system was not active.

Their customer service was excellent—everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Extremely frustrating experience. I've been trying to cancel my account since March 31st. When I called, I was told someone would follow up—no one did. Called again today, got transferred around, and was ultimately told (again) that no one in the office knows how to process cancellations. Not only is that unacceptable for any business, but the staff I spoke with were also unhelpful and rude. It feels like they're intentionally making it difficult to leave. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
