The Team at Netserv has been managing our IT and VoIP systems since 2012. We rarely have technical issues because they maintain our devices and phones impeccably. When Spectrum goes down they are in control and manage the process until things are corrected. Keith and his staff designed an emergency internet provider system that automatically kicks in if our primary system goes down. Totally cellular based. We've had to use it a few times in the last year allowing us to avoid any downtime. We are a busy insurance office and cannot afford to be down and inaccessible by our clients.
