Tom Santoro is a wonderful realtor and a great person! He is savvy, highly educated, and honest. My husband and I have known Tom for 27 years. When we were looking for our first home in Orange County, CA toward the end of 1991, we fell in love with the first home we saw and we wanted to buy it. Tom wouldn’t have it. He insisted that we see every home on his list that met our specifications so we were absolutely sure about our choice. Yep, that first home was the one we ended up buying at a wonderful price that Tom negotiated for us, and we lived there happily for the next 27 years.
