Used Chipman Relocation for a 2nd cross-country move; grandmother first then the family. Both time the company worked with us to meet our budget needs and timing. Becky was great coordinating the move and hitting our dates each time. Buzz was our driver for the 2nd move and he was equally professional coordinating the loading and unloading of our furniture.

We recently used United Van Lines and Chipman Relocations for a long-distance move, full house including full packing services, from California to Texas. It went great! The final costs matched the initial estimate well so no surprises in billing. The packing crew was super efficient, careful, and did a great job. Scheduling went well too. A few days before packing day, they actually called to see if they could come a couple days early, which they did, then arrived on time for packing and pickup. Three months later, after being held for us in their vaulted long-term storage, we called to schedule a delivery date, easy and no fuss. The truck arrived on time, unloaded efficiently and carefully, and reassembled and placed our furniture. So far, nothing appears to have arrived damaged, no nicks or scratches and nothing missing. Awesome! Communication with the front office was clear throughout the process, and questions were answered promptly.

I am a Professional Organizer and Move Manager, who works primarily in San Francisco. Recently, I had the opportunity to assist my cousin with her move out of Southern California. She gave me two bids that she had received from local movers, I reviewed them, and reached out to the representatives. The only representative who contacted me back was Bryan at Chipman. The other mover completely ignored my request for assistance. I am not one to write reviews, but I am one to give credit where credit is due. And Bryan went above and beyond to assist me in helping my cousin with her move. He was very helpful, professional, informative, and willing to do whatever I ask in order to guarantee my cousin’s move went smoothly and was stress-free. I work with a lot of movers in the Bay Area, and my expectations are very high. Bryan and Chipman exceeded my expectations so much so, that I am recommending them to my company as a mover in the Southern California area. Everyone I spoke with at the company was eager to help me in anyway they could, which gave me a very high level of confidence in their company and their ability to take care of my cousin’s move. If you are considering a local or long haul move, I would highly recommend Chipman.

I moved from California to Texas, and a friend had recommended Mayflower… Mayflower was Wonderful, wonderful!! A great experience…Becky coordinates from the office and Bryan came out and went through my house to give me a great quote… my driver of this huge Mayflower truck was named Stephanie, she was beyond amazing coordinating in California and in Texas and this team in particular Chipman relocation and logistics… I highly recommend them all!!

After initially calling Mayflower, Chipman Relocation contacted me for our move from Costa Mesa, CA to Mansfield, OH. Bryan conducted our virtual survey and we worked with Rebecca as well. Both terrific professionals who dotted the I's and crossed the T's. The real player we personally worked with was Izaak and his teams at both locations. Professional and courteous with no dilly dally! They took great care packing our possessions and kept us informed of the entire evolution. The offload was expeditious into our storage location. My wife and I only need to point at what items we would need sooner than later and they put them near the front! Our hats are off to the entire Mayflower/Chipman Relocation team! Thank you for making a potentially stressful move nearly effortless!
