The experience I had with Carol and Andy at AndTech was nothing short of excellent.I really believe small businesses like this deserve more recognition because they are humble, honest people who genuinely want to help find solutions that fit your needs instead of just trying to sell you the newest product because it's an easier sale. Andy has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely technical, while Carol is incredibly kind and helpful with handling all the paperwork and coordination. Honestly, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had been trying for a while to convert my Bosch POTS line alarm system over to SMS, and NO ONE, I mean NO ONE in the area, not even Cintas, had a real solution for me. Everyone else just wanted to replace the entire panel. When I called AndTech, they immediately understood the system, since they’re licensed to work on Bosch equipment, and actually had a practical solution. Coming from an industrial background myself, it’s refreshing to work with a technician who truly know what they’re talking about. Highly recommend these guys.

Moved to Alhambra 9 months ago and wasn't sure about any local spots. This was my first Mexican food place and it may look like small, fast-food business, but it is not at all! They food reminds me of home and their service just the same. Just an example: I ordered something on the website, but it didn't come across like I requested. I just made a call to ask, and the manager, without hesitation, acknowledged there may be a menu issue on the site vs what is on the particular store menu. He literally just said, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Come back, and we'll fix it no problem. Now that's a manager that is proud of the business he's running. I didn't even bother going back because I was moved enough by the company's values!

Amazing customer service and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend contacting Andtech first to save you time and money.
