Officer Justin Ramirez was extremely helpful, professional, and respectful throughout my experience. He was very understanding and kind, and he made me feel comfortable asking questions and expressing my concerns. I really appreciated his patience and the way he took the time to explain everything clearly. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience much easier and less stressful. I’m very grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness he showed.

Let’s see I don’t stand for what you all apparently stand for because of this I know feel scared to go to the grocery store as my mom has been physically assaulted by a man that came up behind her randomly when she was with her by herself and your Guard you fired, HE saved my 4’11 100% disabled veteran mom from a big man who was punching her and kicking her (Mentally ILL and mad people) That quality protection is what hadkept us at this specific King Soopers store address 3050 Peoria St. in Aurora for the past few years. I am a 33-year-old mother, I’m not crazy. I’m not stupid. I’m aware and I watch.. and let me tell you when I grew worried after not seeing this Guard for two weeks because I know he works in every shift he could. I asked every employee I could and I was told that it was from that night that I witnessed something so disgusting someone insulting belittling provoking your Guard because there unhappy with the color of their skin or the way they pronounce words. Racial slurs and insults,provoking a working man, making the store UNSAFE. When employees ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB, THEY DON’T GIVE THEM PAYCHECKS THEY GIVE THEM TERMINATION. Who are you as a company when you don’t even trust protect or believe in your employee employees?? how do you possibly expect the public to trust protect and believe in you all?? The rest of your garbage roster just gawks at women customers all day. Sexually harassed comments every time I walk out. THEY DON’T LOOK AT MY RECEIPT. THEY’RE LOOKING AT MY REAR END - GET IT TOGETHER.

It was a pleasure witnessing security guard Jerman Simms assist a cashier with a bad spill on the floor at Food 4 Less on 54th and Main. Keep up the excellent work Jerman.
