Mike Watson has been incredible! Not only did he get my taxes lower than the person I had been using, he has continued to come up with new strategies as I've continued to grow my businesses. I cannot thank him enough for his expertise as well as just being awesome and easy to talk to.

I used Robert Hall & Associates for tax preparation this year - 2025. I thought I needed extra help this year due to what I believed would be a complex tax issue. I previously prepared my own taxes. Their office is organized and uses technology very well. I was able to upload documents through their secure portal and had my tax appointment via phone. My tax preparer, Armo D., was knowledgeable and professional. My forms were quickly and accurately prepared. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that their service is extremely pricey for what was provided. My tax situation turned out to be standard and I could have done them myself. Of course, I didn't know that until after I went over everything with Armo D. I probably would not use them again because of the cost.

While we haven’t yet completed our tax filing with them yet, the customer service that we have received from everyone at Robert Hall so far has been above and beyond! Everything is very well organized and follow up is exceptional. I also really appreciated talking to our CPA, Candice. She is very knowledgeable, but talks to us on our level, making it very easy to understand our situation. I greatly appreciate this as someone that is not familiar with accounting myself, And have worked with other accountants in the past that just leave me more confused after talking with them.
