This is just not a good way to arrange a sensitive task like shredding. Shred Nations does not do the shredding, they are an online marketplace to match you to the people who do the shredding. So it ends up being too many middle men and too many communications that don't really connect. It's much better to just go directly to the shredding businesses without adding the layer of Shred Nations. Then you have one party to communicate with. Also--note if you do use Shred Nations be aware that once they hand you off to the subcontractor by email, you should just deal with the subcontractor. Shred Nations is out of the loop once they send you the referral email. Also do not count on the referral to contact you (even though that's what the email says they will do). You will need to be proactive and start from scratch with the referred company to make your appointment.

If you need shredding done, this is the place. Their service is incredible. They handled 30 boxes in less than 15 minutes. Mike was very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
