Prior to their engagement, this shopping center faced significant challenges: dealing with homelessness, drugs and general disorder, and a sense of insecurity that affected everyone who visited. It felt like a free-for-all. Since Security Prime Consultants began providing security services, the change has been palpable. The level of professionalism, vigilance, and proactive oversight exhibited by their team has transformed the environment. The guards they employ bring a visible presence that mitigates risk and deters incidents, which translates to smoother daily activities for tenants and a more welcoming experience for us, the customers. Among the team, Ara stands out as an exceptional asset. In just a few weeks, Ara has demonstrated a combination of attentiveness, reliability, and practical problem-solving that has directly contributed to a safer atmosphere. Ara’s approach—calm, assertive, and responsive—has helped de-escalate potential issues and provide clear guidance to visitors and staff when needed. This level of personal accountability and dedication is exactly what a busy shopping center requires.

While visiting the plaza shared by Chili’s Grill & Bar and Trader Joe’s, I parked in the far corner of the lot to protect my brand new car from potential damage. I don’t mind walking farther to my destination. For safety reasons since this lot is known for reckless driving I chose to walk on the sidewalk instead of through the parking lanes. The moment I stepped out of my car, a man from a distance began yelling, “I’m going to tow your car!” He had not approached me, had not asked where I was going, and made no attempt to have a professional conversation. When I turned around and calmly told him I was going into Chili’s, he responded, “I don’t care, I’m going to tow your car.” When I asked for the company information, he told me, “Go ahead, they aren’t going to do anything because I’m the owner.” That statement alone speaks volumes about how this business operates. There was no customer service, no professionalism only aggression, intimidation, and an attempt to assert dominance. Security companies are hired to create a safe and welcoming environment. Threatening customers without even asking a simple question is not security it’s harassment. I have video proof of the entire interaction, along with receipts from Trader Joe’s showing I was a legitimate customer in the plaza. Here is the man who harassed us and the owner Artin Rostami.

We hired Security Prime Consultants for our wedding in early spring of this year (2024). We were impressed with Artin's professionalism and willingness to accommodate our event. The entire process was easy and gave us peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Our security guard (Arin) went above and beyond to ensure our event remained private. He was professional, courteous, and punctual. He made sure to check in with us in case we needed anything else. Highly recommend! We would definitely use their services again.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude to Security Prime Consultants for their unwavering commitment and exceptional service in safeguarding our 31,000 square feet shopping plaza. Over the past five years, Security Prime Consultants has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication in ensuring the safety and security of our property and patrons. The well-presented guards not only uphold a strong sense of security but also create a welcoming environment for visitors as they shop. The accessibility and responsiveness of the back office team have been commendable, always being available to address any concerns promptly and efficiently. I must also acknowledge the outstanding relationship that owner Artin has fostered with all the tenants. His personal commitment to maintaining strong connections with the tenants has undoubtedly contributed to the overall success of our security operations. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to Security Prime Consultants for their exceptional service and valuable partnership. Your efforts have truly made a difference in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of everyone within our shopping plaza.

Security Prime Consultants Inc. has been an important asset to our building in insuring the security of the tenants and the building. We had several incidents of trespassers and transients and the profession security guards were able to handle the situation. They are highly recommended.
