I am an iTalkBB customer in Canada and I am extremely frustrated with the constant, unsolicited calls I receive from this company. Both my cellphone and my home phone are called multiple times at the same time, which is disruptive, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. I do not understand why your company feels it is appropriate to repeatedly harass customers in this way. I do not know how you obtained my contact information for these calls, but this behaviour is highly unprofessional and invasive. This constant disturbance shows a complete disregard for customer privacy and respect. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate regulatory channels. If it were possible, I would give this company zero stars. 😡
