Great service, very helpful. Christina made it easy . I went in for my guard card initial training today. Recommend for anyone in the area.

The instructors are genuinely great people, that will work with you as best they can. Human kindness at its finest! Just remember you get what you give, though.

I really enjoy the perfect customer service they provide, they answer all of questions either through the phone and in person . the women who work there are also really sweet helpful always enjoy a conversation with them. Overall it is great environment to learn in and grown from. I highly recommend my friends or future security applicants.

Don’t recommend getting your guard card here. They are rude and won’t help you with anything. If they recognize your number they ignore it or send it to voicemail. The place is dated and filthy. The owners are lazy and disrespectful. The class is so easy but if you skip ahead god forbid your smarter then them. They get mad and talk crap to you and then if you don’t understand they treat you like a dog who needs commands repeated over and over but the instructions aren’t clear. I had to call several places to even get clear answers even after leaving to get answers straight. They treat people with disabilities like garbage I was shocked and disgusted by the owners behavior.

AMAZING INSTRUCTOR AND HONEST PRICING. I come every six months and once in a while to update to certifications. I love the humor and direct attention from the teacher to the students. There are no hidden fees and they are helpful by sending you reminders if you have a expiring license date coming up or need to renew. There calendar on their Web site and its constantly updated to help you plan a class you need.
