⚠️ Don’t Rush Into Repairs Here I brought my MacBook Air in because the trackpad wasn’t working properly. I was charged a $55 diagnostic fee and told the diagnosis would take about 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting nearly two hours. After the diagnosis, I was told that my trackpad needs to be replaced for $150. While I was there, I noticed that the leather skin (protective leather case) on my MacBook was slightly overlapping the edge of the trackpad. I pointed it out, but I was repeatedly told that the leather was not causing the issue and that the trackpad itself needs to be replaced. I removed the small piece of leather that was touching the trackpad and immediately the trackpad worked perfectly. No replacement was needed. I paid for a diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect.

Customer services extremely bad, the owners attitude is terrible , the prices are EXTREMELY GOUGED and it’s a very dirty old location that smells like cats. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I mean it

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a scam and a price gouging establishment. They sold me a faulty screen at $180 and it started glitching soon after. Soon after I came into the store and brought this to their attention and asked if under my warranty they could replace the screen with a quality iPhone screen not the one they previously sold me as I am sure the whole sale price of the screen they sold me is maybe $50 … and they charged $180 which is a 260% mark up. Insane. They told me they could replace it with a quality screen for an additional $130. I will also note they demanded my password when initially repairing and multiple times my phone would look like someone was using it without me touching it. The screen suspiciously broke around the 30 day warranty. I went in to ask them for a replacement and they said they could maybe offer me a discount for a new screen but that the damage was not their responsibility. The clerk ROBERT then proceeded to lecture me in how iPhones and screens work and the many instances in the way I could have broken the phone. Insanely disrespectful service and not the way you run a business.
