I paid Joey in full for 3 years of SR22 services, and nearly every single month I receive mail stating that my premium will be cancelled soon because the payment is late. I reminded Joey every single time. Recently, I receive notice that after my premium wasn't paid my Driver's license would be suspended by the DMV. I told Joey this was a major problem since a suspension would stay on my record. He paid over the weekend so my license was ultimately reinstated, however it was still suspended for a weekend which I cannot change. Now I'm receiving more mail saying that my payment is late yet again and that my premium will be cancelled. The insurance provider has also changed the effective dates of my policy due to late payment. I notified Joey as soon as I received this, (around 8:32 PM PST) and he retorted that after hours texts would incur additional charges. If I pay in full for a service I expect it to be taken care of - not something I have to remind the service provider to do every single month. After more investigation, I've been told that many others have been experiencing the same situation as me.
