Horrible customer service. Tried to setup internet and Daniel insisted we had to buy phones as well to get a discounted price. So we purchased internet online and when we asked to pickup the equipment he lied and said they didnt have any equipment. Even the manager wouldnt speak up or come out to help. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Been a customer for over 10 years and now I plan to close out all internet accounts at all of my properties, they dont deserve my business.

Oscar my representative was kind and helpful and knew exactly what he was doing he was professional the whole time. I had to wait about five minutes for him to get a eSIM authorization after that my phone worked perfectly. He knew exactly what he was doing and fix my phone after the new network went in. I could receive and send messages, but my photos were a little buggy so I went into the store and he fixed the problem instantly. Thank you Oscar. You saved the day!!!

Best service of any phone location i have ever been to, patient, informative and understanding. I'm not the best understanding computers but I know excellent service! Thank you to the 2 fellows that took care of me with my phone and new tablet.

I have had a few great experiences at this store dealing with the manager Anthony and the Specialist Oscar! Whether it was upgrading my cell phone, router equipment, or changing my cable boxes, the staff here has always been friendly and able to help my quickly! I highly recommend!

I have to agree with all the positive reviews! Store is clean and spacious and the customer service, particularly from Anthony, was stellar! I came in to provide proof of ownership and establish a new account and he was very quick, helpful, knowledgeable and informative from start to finish. I never felt the sale pressure - instead, he advocated the best promotions and deals for the customer. Definitely would not mind driving close to 30 mins again to receive this level of service!
