I paid over $1300.00 to this agency and $1000.00 to the attorney; however when my case finally got to court the tenant's (free) lawyer was able to locate a mistake in the papers filed by this agency. As a result, I was told by this agency that I would need to start over. The agency stated they completed the paperwork based on the information I provided to them. I think they should have caught it...isn't that what they are paid to do?
The agency also referred me to a pest control company to get rid of bed bugs "just in case" the issue came up in court. Their pest control company wanted to charge me $1800.00 for a job I got another company to do for $250.00. Beware!
