Have to disagree with the reviewer who says the firm is communicative. I have had difficulty getting responses from my assigned CPA as well as from their billing department. Invoices are not itemized and I have no idea whether I'm getting overcharged for services, but as I can't get anyone from the billing department on the phone, I guess I won't know. I know I'm not a multi-million dollar business client, but I'm not a low-ticket client either. I would appreciate the same consideration when I have a question and need a response in a reasonable amount of time. Ever since CLA took over this firm in December 2020 and my CPA retired, the service has suffered.

We use CLA Accounting for our business accounting. To describe the company in three words: communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. They respond punctually when we have questions. If they need a report or a document, they are quick and clear communicators about what needs done and when, and overall I have had nothing but the utmost professionalism. Certainly recommend!
