The service was exactly what I expected and more, the staff is pleasant to speak with and very professional, I definitely recommend.

If I could leave a zero star I would. How unprofessional and overpriced this firm is! With AI taking over accounting you would think they’d be a little bit more professional. I wouldn’t trust monopoly money with them. Edited based on reply: If you think the $100 is the issue then good luck to your firm. I spent $50k with my accountants last year. It’s easy to reply with a canned response that your firms incompetence is my issue. It’s super easy to shove ownership onto someone else. Good luck to you and your go forward. Can’t imagine that AI won’t take this soon.

Doesn't bother to return calls after initial consultant and after calling in twice and being promised to be contacted by the end of the day, still doesn't bother communicating. Definite not how you should treat prospective customers.
