Mike is great. He has helped me renegotiate a lease and I am currently working with him on a property purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and a great negotiator. He was able to get me a concession (free month of rent) from my landlord that I didn't think was possible when working on a lease extension. He also has high character and integrity - he advised me to back away from a purchase deal when it wouldn't have been in my best interest even though it meant losing a commission for himself.
