OC Tech Innovations was referred to our company by another company of high repute who investigated our problem and was unable to solve it. We were pleased that OC Tech Innovations was able to respond to and solve our problem on the same day we contacted them. The technician was professional while at the same time personable and friendly. Beyond solving the immediate problem facing our company yesterday, it appears that this company could handle all the ongoing and everyday IT needs of a small company like ours which is something we are looking into.

Behzad did an excellent job on a network upgrade project that turned out to be far more complex than anyone expected. There was virtually no documentation from the previous IT provider, but he took the time to trace everything properly, uncover hidden dependencies, and make sure the migration was completed successfully.

I highly recommend Behzad and OC Tech Innovations. In a sea of IT companies, they are some of the most knowledgeable and their service is incredible. It's never a sales pitch, it always a consultation about what works best for you and your business first.

OC Tech Innovations solved a tricky issue with my condo’s detached garage that had no Internet. They recommended the right hardware, handled configuration and installation, and set up a reliable wireless bridge from my home to the garage. My myQ garage control works flawlessly and I now have connectivity for my vehicle and cameras. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I attempted setting things up myself and wasted countless hours. ChatGPT currently can’t solve all our problems, but OC tech took care of things immediately!! Don’t waste your time unnecessarily!

OC Tech has transformed my company by allowing me to offload all my IT onto their expert team, giving me more time to deal with the education side of my business. They are fast and reliable and have done everything I need in my M365 tenant perfectly the first time. We run a nationwide education platform for micro schools and their expertise has allowed us to expand without any worry of technical issues.
