Use this moving company to relocate and they stole my tool kit. After moving in, I tried to locate the tool kit, and it was nowhere to be found. I called them to ask about it and they said they did not have it. They are the only ones that were responsible for it during the move. Please be careful. These people cannot be trusted, and they are unethical.

1.Mover arrived Significantly late, inserted another job ahead of mine, and the service duration became unreasonably prolonged. 2.Packing materials were insufficient, the customer had to purchase supplies elsewhere in advance to prevent troubles, and meals had to be provided on site. 3.Storage arrangements were not clearly disclosed as involving a third-party facility, and I was charged despite the facility’s official first-month-free promotion. No refund was provided. I later learned an extra key had been retained without my knowledge, which required me to replace the lock again for security reasons. • Consumers are strongly advised to obtain full documentation and photos for protection.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Fortune Moving owner inconsiderate beyond belief. They were working next door in our business complex and left their truck blocking our parking spots for 48 hours. When they finally moved the truck after multiple complaints, the driver knowingly left with the liftgate DOWN, scratching our entire parking lot and street. When I confronted him, he showed no remorse and offered no solutions - imagine hiring this type of person for a moving job. When I called to seek a resolution, he played dumb and hung up. Sorry buddy - now everyone needs to know the type of person you are the service you provide. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had very good experience moving our personal effects and furniture with Fortune Moving. KJ, the owner, stopped by our house in advance to assess the volume, and then the move started at exactly scheduled time, and ended within the time promised. Everything was done efficiently, and carefully, with a great care shown for the furniture and house. It all went very smoothly and my wife and I have been very happy with the results.

Today I just finished my moving with Fortune Moving. I have my best experience in moving as a frequent mover almost every 2 years. Fortune Moving provide professional full service including move of my Grand Piano! I contacted a few other moving companies, but they can't move Grand Piano. Fortune moving moved my piano successfully from 2nd floor with a narrow and hard turn corner without any damage!!! Also the owner of the company is so nice, since I worried my piano so much, he came help moving of my piano and delivery it to new destination without extra charge. They are also very coordinated with my change of moving date. Their service is professional, flexible and complete full service. Highly recommend them especially if you have piano and don't have to hire separate piano mover!
