This was my 3rd time using Simple Moving. I've been repetitively impressed by their reliability, flexibility, quality, and professionalism. I was able to get a quote super quickly with Dmitri and Max, who were communicative and was able to accommodate rescheduling only a few days out. Aitech and Marat were great movers during our most recent move (we actually had Aitech once before too). They handled all our items with a lot of care, making sure to wrap big items with both plastic wrap and blankets. Overall, we have been super pleased with the seamless experiences and recommend them highly.

For the most party they did a good job. 499sq ft apartment move within LA. About 6 miles. Took 3 movers about 4 hours total. My Tv now has 3 additional areas where pixels are out due to damage in the move (the 1 spot lower left was there previously), my salt lamp is broken and won’t turn on anymore, and they missed 1 drawer of all my forks, knives, spoons, etc but got everything else. Thankfully this wasn’t a big deal as I still had access to my old unit to retrieve the items from that drawer. I was a little bummed to realize I’ll need to invest in a new tv soon due to the image having those white areas from damage and my salt lamp but that’s easier and less costly to replace. The guys were very kind, very fast, and arrived on time. They communicated well and it was all in all a very simple move. I should note they also packed up the majority of my stuff as I didn’t want to do as much myself this move. In the I’m very thankful for them as I’m a single woman moving on my own.

These movers were fast and efficient! No hidden fees that movers sometimes have — like long carry fees or charging per flight of stairs. These guys were on time (even early) and professional. Would definitely recommend if you're doing an inner-city move.

I am so glad that I hired Simple Moving for my move in Los Angeles earlier this week! From setting up my booking with representative Mark earlier in the month, to the moving day itself -- at every step I was impressed by this company's professionalism, transparency, and competency. Moving is always stressful. But true to their name, this outfit helped make my move as 'simple' and straightforward as it could be. I was pleased with how smoothly everything went with them. And the final price that I paid was very much in line with the rates they had provided me in advance. There were no surprises. Above all, the three-person crew who completed my move impressed me beyond words. My move unluckily coincided with the hottest day of the year up to this point. Yet the crew showed up on-time and worked so hard throughout, always with appropriate care paid to property and how they handled my belongings. They went about their work in a very intelligent manner, might I add. And I could tell that they worked really well together as a team, which of course made everything run all the more smoothly. Thank you, Simple Moving! I recommend you to any other potential customers, without hesitation.

The best moving experience I’ve ever had. They moved my studio apartment quickly with no damage. Great service!
