Due to unexpected changes in the size of our firm, we moved in twice in a span of 2.5 years. For the first move we hired a company that seemed highly professional. They broke stuff, were slow and tried to charge me an extra $3,500 when finally done. It took them like 14 hours and the drive from A to B was only 20 minutes (one trip). For the second move (March 2026), we used Best New and Used. They were amazing. Did it all (and it was much more by this point because we had added square footage and all the contents that go with it during the 2.5 years) in 4.5 hours. Literally GONE from the new location with all desks rebuilt and everything where we wanted it in less than five hours - at a better price!!!! Claudia and her team are the best. Smart, honest, fair, friendly and hard working. A+ Moving sucks but they improved the experience for sure.

Incredible customer service and prices! I've been researching ergonomic office chairs for weeks.. teetering between the highly regarded Herman Miller and Steelcase. Been having difficulty locating a place closeby where I can test them out. On a Orange County subreddit, this place was recommended and close to my work. I walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted by Lupe - let me tell you, she is wonderful and genuine! She knew everything about both chairs. She asked me about my posture, and what are my dealbreakers in a chair. She even grabbed another of each chair and gave me a tutorial on using the levers side by side. I am so thrilled to have picked up a like-new Steelcase chair for less than $300. They even offer a warranty and support on the chair after purchasing. Lupe and Jose went above and beyond by cleaning the chair I picked and helping me load it into my car. If you're looking to buy a nice, expensive, ergonomic chair - save your money, and look no further than here! Just out of sheer luck I was able to purchase a used Steelcase Amia in the color combination I wanted for a great price. It was in great condition and hardly used at all! Guadalupe was super sweet and was very patient explaining the details and options of the chair. You'll need to call in and ask what they have in stock because it varies on a weekly basis and they have a lot more inventory in the back then what is on the showroom.

Staff was super helpful and she guided me through trying multiple office chairs. I asked for something with good seat padding and despite trying 4 different chairs, I still went with the first recommendation she made. She emphasized multiple times I could contact them if I didn't like the chair or if I needed a repair down the line. I was able to snag a comfortable used office chair for a good price and I am happy I also got to support a local small business! Highly recommend coming here first.
