Couldn't ask for better service! We had countless issues with our previous shredding provider, so we reached out to Proshred. Jamie was amazing in helping us switch over, providing immediate service and always there to answer any questions we may have. Everyone here from customer service to pickup is absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for everything you do and provide!!

Great service! Jaimie was the "point-woman" who arranged my account. Visiting from out of town to shred some old documents from a local storage garage, Pro Shred showed up on time, were courteous and efficient and the cost was much more reasonable than other shredding services. Jaimie was easy to reach too when I had a question.

Proshred came this morning and did a dump and shred, and it feels GREAT to have a bin full of old bank and tax records and other sensitive documents safely and quickly disposed of...right in front of me. Jamie in the office has been fantastic to work with, helping me figure out the level of service I need; and Jose, the driver, is friendly and efficient and took the time to show me how it works when he dropped off the bin. This is indeed a well-run company that delivers on its promises. I highly recommend them!

Awesome company!!! Jamie who sets up the appointments is fast and gets the follow up information to you immediately. She is wonderful to speak with on the phone and is really great at her position. The day before they come Jamie calls to confirm the time window which is a great reminder. She knows where her drivers are and is able to give a status update on the day they come if you call her. My shred person Omar was in and out quickly he grabbed the boxes and went right to work. He was out of there in less than 8 minutes and I had 12 boxes. Awesome company and will definitely refer them to friend and family and 100% use them again!! Thank you Jamie!!!!!!

We used PROSHRED at my company for over 40 boxes of paperwork to be shredded. They are super professional and got the job done as stated! Jamie was my contact and she was very responsive and very communicative. She gave all the details, expectations, quote, etc. everything I needed so that nothing came as a surprise. The professional who did the shredding was so nice and did his job so quickly. It might be a few more years before we have enough to shred again but we will use this company again. 10/10!
