First time using any security service, and they made the process smooth. The guard was on time, respectful, and knew what he was doing. Made me feel safe without making it a big deal.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled here. What stood out to me was how well the MPS staff listened to our concerns before starting. They didn’t push a ‘package’ or upsell us anything. Instead, they built a plan that fit our exact needs. That’s rare these days.

Generally reliable service! While the service is dependable, when things don’t go as planned, they tend to shift the blame to external factors rather than fully owning up to the situation.(4 stars)
