This company is as shady as they come. First, when going to an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, if you don't know that being Own & Operated by Arch Telecom means they are not T-Mobile, they will not openly offer that information to you. And as such, should you run into any issues, they do not direct your issues to T-Mobile. But will not advise you of that either. I had been customer at their Authorized T-Mobile Retailer in Butler NJ. To keep this short, I wanted to lower my bill and asked for assistance. The rep assured me that by following their promotions he would be able to lower my bill approximately $70. The end result was an increase of over $1200 over 24 months. They knew this in advance. But had me believe in 14 days I'd see significant relief. Within a week my next bill was over $500. and when brought to their attention they claimed to send in what they call is an "Escalation" to request a credit. I was left with no update for over a week. I went to the store a week later, and they continued to keep me waiting. I call T-Mobile 611 to see if they can move this along. T-Mobile informed me of all of the errors they made and addressed for me directly but did inform me they are often putting out Arch Telecom's fires. T-Mobile is clearly not the problem. But they wouldn't refund me any additional costs I had to pay because charges the store caused. I've been now waiting for a resolution for several weeks. Be warned, if you are going to an Arch Telecom owned retailer, they will pressure you to do things you didn't want to do and if they make mistakes, they certainly won't settle them with you. Do your research before working with any location. I strongly advise customers to carefully do your research on Arch Telecom before engaging with this company.

Went to your Boyton store to buy a phone There was one customer and one employee. He said sorry come back in a hour. Terrible customer service.

Should hire people who tell the truth and know the product, I've been lied to 3 times by my local tmobile store

Horrible,shady will say anything to sell you on there product and service but do absolutely nothing for you when they sell a 4 day old defective product and then tell to go to BEST BUY to see if they can fix it .I hope that this is not the norm in all their stores but it is at the store on Cortez and 75th in Bradenton.

This company is a joke! I also received extremely rude service at a Kiosk located inside South Hills mall in Pittsburgh, PA. Their employees are not knowledgeable and feel it's absolutely OK to be combative with Sprint customers. I would advise anyone to stay away and DO NOT let them access your account.
