The company that has a tagline that reads, "Don't let your documents become a liability"... But is meant more like a thug saying, "It'd be real shame if there was a fire in this fine dining establishment..." Because they will reschedule a shred pick up, forget about it, still bill you for it, and then show no regrets in the fact that it took them months... MONTHS to resolve. But hey if you want even more reasons to avoid this "San Fran Sidewalkesq" company? I have more. I contacted them a month ago asking to cancel my services. They never responded. I called SEVERAL TIMES! Every single time an hour on hold. Because why? Eh. Don't know. They don't care. Save your self the pain. Save yourself the problem. Go with any other company ANY! It'll save your stress levels cause the level of consideration that this company has for existing customers is something that I can't even really fathom. Screenshots and more info if you want it.
