While shopping at a Target location with my elderly father today Officer 2008 seemed to be walking around looking to cause issues. First he stepped directly in front of where I was shopping almost as if he lacked basic manners or enough communication skills to say excuse me. Less then 5 minutes later Officer 2008 with green knight security was hovering over my fathers back as he shopped. As my father turned around looking to show me a product he had found Officer 2008 was close enough for my father to feel his breath in his face, when confronted about his proximity and lack of respect for personal space Officer 2008 became loud asking both me and my father were seeking violence. As an individual who also has a security guard license in California and 4+ years of customer service I can positively tell you that this guard lacks self control, discipline and de-escalation skills. Never in my 21 years of life did I think I would have to pull out my phone to help protect my elderly veteran RN father from a rouge security guard. Your company should be ashamed to have him as an employee.

I want to express my gratitude to Green Knight for their efforts in making our neighborhood Home Depot safe. A special thanks to one of the security guards named Nate for going above and beyond by helping and escorting my mother when her car broke down in the parking lot and keeping her safe and sound while awaiting for my arrival when it was dark. Your dedication is truly appreciated!

Just wanted to give a shout out to one of your guards. I met Adrian in my time of need. My car had broken down in the parking lot and I didn’t know what I was gonna do. Your guard came over and instead of pressuring me to leave like those other guards in the golf cart. He was actually very understanding and even gave me a phone number to a mobile mechanic there was reasonably priced and help me get on my way. Somebody get that guy raise.

Horrible people that they hire. This guy driving in a white toyota corolla #32 with the license plate 8XZJ122 almost hit us when he had to yield, instead of waiting for his turn following the law of course. So close from hitting us so we had to swerved out of the way to avoid it, and after beeping at him he not only flipped us off but also flashed something at us. Such a scary moment having children in the back seat.
