Horrible service. Entered store to return equipment and no one greeted me. I saw a ipad in front to enter my name and reason I was there. I did that and sat down. I saw 3 cox employees at computers two were helping customers and one was just playing with his computer. There was also 3 other people waiting and getting frustrated as the time passed. I waiting 2O minutes and left since I was on my lunch break. Never go back to this store.

It is brightly lit and clean. Alfredo was professional and helpful. I like that we were able to pick up new equipment without getting a sales pitch for products we don't need

I had an amazing experience at the Cox store on Avocado Blvd thanks to Sami and Manager From the moment I walked in he was professional patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I felt confident before making a decision. Sami genuinely listened to what I needed and helped me find the best solution without any pressure. The whole process was smooth efficient and stress free. If you are visiting the Cox store on Avocado Blvd ask for Sami. He truly goes above and beyond and delivers top tier customer service.

Misleading Promotion – Loyal Customer Treated Poorly.. I’ve been a Cox customer for over 5 years, and this is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I came to this store to see if I can lower my bill, instead I was offered a promotion to double my speed for $16 less than my original bill, I upgraded my Internet service for a promotion that was supposed to last 2 years, but after only a couple of months, my bill increased because the promotion suddenly ended. When I contacted Cox, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it — unless I agreed to lower my internet speed to reduce the bill. That’s not what I signed up for, the store rep did NOT explain all that to me and never mentioned anything, why would I wanna upgrade my service for a promotion that's gonna last for couple months? I don't think anyone would and it feels extremely misleading. If a promotion is advertised as lasting two years, it should actually last two years. I’m leaving this review to warn others to be very careful with Cox promotions/reps and to get everything in writing. Based on this experience, I’ll be canceling my service and taking my business elsewhere.

My wife & I walked into our local COX Store…I was not expecting much. We were in there because we were not happy with our current provider. We were greeted with a BIG hello from a sales rep busily assisting another customer. It was SAMI… An extremely personable & professional young man. He knew his stuff. Answered every question & has great sense of humor. We went back 3 times, had more questions & finally opened an account. SAMI is helpful & friendly young man & quite knowledgeable.
