I never write reviews. Unfortunately I’m glad there’s a forum to write about my disappointment with Greg Ward and his firm Accudata. Im totally bewildered over Accudata’s unprofessional approach to communication. Frankly the experience was so bad I turned to an online accounting service. In that regard, I sent my last year Accudata returns to a national online service and got my returns back professionally at a fraction of Accudata’s cost. Literally $100 with no kindergarten like behavior.

Accudata and Co have been doing my business and personal taxes for the past 4 years. It has been headache free during the duration. Great staff and they are always on top of everything.

They do the job but the service is sub par. After a few years of taxes, I felt I had to reach out to them to ask questions and felt like they were rushing through guiding me. Lost my trust as a local customer. Reached out to Tom Alvarez to give feedback and he did not apologize for my experience, just wished me best of luck moving forward.

Mr. Alvarez and his staff have been preparing my taxes for about 15 years. They are extremely knowledgeable, stay up-to-date on any changes in the tax laws, are detail oriented, conscientious, and ethical. I would highly recommend them.
