We had an excellent experience working with BN Design on our home expansion project. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to truly understand our vision and translated it into clear, thoughtful plans that balanced design, structure, and real-world practicality. Throughout the process, communication was smooth and timely. He explained options clearly, caught details we would never have thought of, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized and manageable. His experience really showed in how efficiently the plans came together and how well they addressed both our needs and city requirements. Most importantly, we felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a designer/engineer who is responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in delivering quality work, we highly recommend BN Design.

We hired BN Design Build (Benjamin Norouzi) for a total remodel that had huge sentimental value to our family — it had to be done right. Ben helped us reimagine an ~1,600 sq ft home into a 3,600+ sq ft dream home, and the result is everything we hoped for. What impressed us most is how complete his capabilities are in-house: architectural design, plus support around soil/civil engineering and drainage planning. That end-to-end competence made the process smoother and more coordinated than we expected — and his pricing was fair and attractive without ever compromising quality or service. Ben stayed close throughout the build and was extremely responsive — he typically replied within a few hours, which matters a lot when contractors have questions and timelines move fast. He collaborated with us and our contractors, answered questions quickly, and helped resolve issues as the project advanced. He also handled City submissions and permitting, and turned revisions around efficiently when the City of Fullerton requested changes — saving us real time and stress. Ben has a sharp eye for detail and produces thorough, complete plans. He’s also genuinely creative, finding ways to achieve the design we wanted while respecting our budget. Our style leans traditional / Cape Cod, and he did a fantastic job translating our inspiration photos into a cohesive, timeless design. We also went through more than four rounds of revisions, and Ben stayed patient, constructive, and collaborative until we were truly happy. He’s technically excellent and approachable — a rare combination. We recommend BN Design Build and are happy to speak with anyone considering working with Ben. Our build is nearing completion and we'll post pictures when it's done!

I highly recommend BN Architect & Associates for attentive and accurate site planning. Benjamin made our experience so easy, even as our city passed ADU ordinance changes mid-plan. Response times are fast, they're great at drafting exactly what you want within the scope of compliance to regulations. I was very pleased with the professionalism and ability.

BN Design Build Inc. of Laguna Hills—led by engineer Benjamin Norouzi—created a kitchen remodel architecture plan that was nothing short of brilliant. Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. The city approved the plans with zero corrections, and throughout the two-month build Ben remained readily available. We’d highly recommend BN Design Build Inc. for any home renovation needing city permits: fast, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have been extremely happy with BN Design. From initial consultation to obtaining approval from a very picky association to city permits and now that we have started construction, he has been very supportive to us and our contractor. Always available to help us resolve issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services. Can't wait to share pictures once construction is done. Thank you so much. Your professionalism and kindness are highly appreciated.
