Hershfield Insurance has been nothing but excellent. When I first signed on with them they checked to see if I could lump my car insurance in with my home insurance. Instead of signing me on blindly they told me that my current car insurance was a great deal and that I shouldn't consider switching. Since then I have had to navigate the renewal process for the second time now and have had many questions for each occasion. Hershfield has been thorough, fast to reply, and extremely communicative on each instant.
