Reliable, professional, and easy to reach. First Choice provides security guard services for our Long Beach residential community, and their officers are courteous and attentive. Residents appreciate the visible patrols, and management keeps us informed whenever something needs our attention. We are very happy with the service.

We run a busy distribution warehouse in Long Beach with drivers and vendors coming in throughout the day. The First Choice guards are professional with everyone entering the property and help us keep the gate organized without slowing down operations. Their management team is responsive and easy to work with. So far, we are very pleased with the service.

I manage a busy shopping center in Long Beach and have worked with several security companies over the years. First Choice has been one of the easiest to work with. Their guards actually walk the property, pay attention, and communicate with our tenants instead of sitting in one spot all shift. They keep an eye on the parking lot and let us know right away when something happens. Solid company with dependable people.

We needed dependable overnight security throughout our construction project in Long Beach. First Choice quickly arranged coverage and assigned guards who consistently arrived on time and remained alert throughout their shifts. The detailed reports and regular updates gave us confidence that the site, equipment, and materials were being properly monitored. The entire experience has been smooth and professional.

Our Long Beach shopping center has been using First Choice Security Guard & Patrol Services for ongoing 24/7 security coverage, and the level of communication and transparency has been outstanding. We receive weekly activity reports, and whenever an incident occurs, a detailed report is sent through a secure link that we can review immediately. They also provided us with access to an online client portal where we can check security activity at any time. The guard on duty has a dedicated site phone, so we can contact the property’s security officer directly whenever we have a question or concern. Management is equally responsive by phone and email. We have never had this much visibility with a security company before. Between the professional guards, detailed reporting, real-time updates, and reliable communication, we always know what is happening at our property. First Choice is an excellent choice for any shopping center or commercial property needing dependable security services in Long Beach. Thank you First Choice ❤️
