Monica has designed most of our home over the course of several years. She is a gifted designer with an eye for timeless beauty and endearing design. If you enjoy an honest, straight forward and a little edgy approach to your design task, whatever that might be, Monica is the person for you. We have never been disappointed and nor will you be

Monica and her team at DS2 did an amazing and beautiful remodel job of our entire house inside and with the front exterior. She listened to our wishes and came up with beautiful and unique designs to make it better than we ever anticipated. Monica and her team are truly talented and make your custom designs one of a kind. I would highly recommend DS2. Kathy Burns. Long Beach.

Working with Design Studio on 2nd was an amazing experience. Being design challenged, I knew I needed help with both the layout of the kitchen/great room as well as what materials & color palette to go with it. The guidance and suggestions they provided was better than I could imagine, but what was even more amazing was how well they managed the whole project to keep everything moving along on time without any delays. The contractors that performed the work, knew Monica has very high expectations. Whenever there was a questions on how something should be done, they would reach out to Monica and ask as they knew if it wasn't up to her expectations, they would have to redo it. Monica, Marquita, and Viviana provide a 1st class experience and I still smile everyday when I come home and look at my new living space! Thank you ds2!

Monica is a godsend! I was hesitant to hire a designer to remodel our kitchen but it was the best decision I made. She was able to fully understand our vision for our kitchen and turn it into something amazing! Monica is very professional, personable and was the front man in dealing with the contractor which I love! I can’t wait to start another project with her!

Ours was a big project. Every room, wall, and almost every stick of furniture is new, and despite that we came to the project with absolutely no experience of remodeling a home. We didn't even have a designer or builder in mind until we met Monica. She immediately grasped what it was we wanted to accomplish even when we weren't sure ourselves. She introduced us to our builder Tommy Cole, and she made several proposed designs for us to choose from. She was with us every step of the way, and always had the calm demeanor of someone who's been in the business for many years. We are the kind of people who have no design talent but we know we like it when we see it. Monica is really so much more than just and interior designer, but boy is she good at interior design. One thing we did appreciate about Monica was that she was so good at finding beautiful designer quality at low cost. She showed us that you don't have to go to Thomasville or Ethan Allen to find high quality furniture or accessories. I can say that Monica has become our friend and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
