Agustin is a class act, plain and simple. I was referred to him by my family, who has trusted him with their taxes for years and now I completely understand why. From the very first call, the entire team made me feel welcome. This isn't a place where you feel like just another appointment on the calendar. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Both Agustin and Esperanza helped me throughout the process and truly looked out for me. Agustin even took the time to give me personalized advice and pointers on things I can do differently this year to put myself in a better position. That kind of guidance goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a tax service. My girlfriend and I have had some pretty rough experiences with other tax preparers in previous years, so we were cautiously optimistic going in. This was, without question, the best tax experience we've ever had. Excellent service, genuine professionalism, and real class from start to finish. ATC Accounting Services has earned our loyalty. Came in before closing time, my partner and I definitely felt rushed. We were charged $300 because of a “1099”was a lot of work (it wasn’t so bad). I felt like before, service was top notch. Could do better. Though, organization is great and that gives me some motivation to come back. Otherwise, if you’re a perfectionist like me, then you may want to try it.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. MADE MISTAKES TWICE IN MY TAX PREPARATIONS. REALLY HAD A HARD TIME WITH PATTY TO FIX A MISTAKE SHE MADE FOR THE SECOND TIME. Have been coming to Agustin to do our taxes for many years. He is very helpful and wouldn't go anywhere else. He answers all our questions, takes his time and is very friendly. He gets to know all of the people that walk in. The employees are super friendly and always greet you as you walk in. Wouldn't be disappointed once you go here for any service related to what they do.
