Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an accounting firm. The communication was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing peace of mind, they created unnecessary stress. After they handled my tax matters, I continued receiving letters from both the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board stating that information was missing or required additional attention. That is the last thing anyone wants after paying a professional accountant. I expected accuracy, professionalism, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm and suggest that anyone considering them carefully research other options before making a decision.

Very disappointed at the quality of service. Met with them in late 2025, I submitted all my paperwork in early February, would not answer calls, would not return emails, apparently there was a medical emergency, but other associates would not return calls. Receptionist was at the premises daily and failed to relay information. April came with an approaching tax deadline. Walked to the office, and saw CPA with another client and he refused to speak to me, I was told, due to the emergency, everyone would have to file extensions. I have never been late on my taxes. I complained and was given all my paperwork back intact as the day I had dropped it off back in February, even in the same bag and envelope untouched. At least I was able to retrieve my paperwork.
