My experience (specifically with Eddie and Daniel) has been excellent. Always responsive to email (within minutes) and have gone above & beyond with my taxes over multiple years.

Used to do my taxes. They made a mistake on my taxes, then wouldn't stand behind me to the IRS. They sent me payment coupons that they claimed were for optional payments. I was later contacted by the IRS for missing the payments that they had negotiated (which summed up to the IRS-calculated shortfall plus penalties and interest... What kind of negotiation is that?), which the IRS considered not optional. Good luck calling them and talking to someone. They take a message and call you back. Tough for me, because I can't have my phone at work. Not recommended. Avoid.

Very competent and has helped us for the last 5 years with complex tax returns and bookkeeping. Highly recommended.

Our taxes were done, which I know I could not have done them myself. Here's the reason for only 2 stars. They don't answer emails and when one calls, you get voice mail and an assistant calls back, but no follow up and no questions answered via email.
