Empire Lakes Productions is a team of true pros and an absolute pleasure to work with. They handled everything for our event start to finish: install, running the show, and full strike. They jumped on any AV need before we even had to ask and made themselves available for whatever came up. Flexible, easy, and great at what they do. 10/10, five stars, and we'll absolutely be using them again.

This is a wonderfully professional team who has helped us with one of our large nonprofit fundraising events the last two years. We rented large screen tv’s from them, which were expertly installed and looked amazing. The team communicates effectively, and is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend for any AV needs!

We rented a slide projector with large screen for a Celebration of Life. This company was very helpful and knowledgeable of the occasion. We also rented a microphone with a stand and two speakers so that people could speak and tell stories. My experience with Empire Lakes Productions couldn’t have been any better. They took care of everything prior to the start of the event and took everything down when it was over. Luke was my “go to person” when I started to freak out about the slide show. They had my back and the music and slides came out beautifully. I would highly recommend this company for a variety of occasions, they are professionals.

They were incredibly responsive and kind, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. The quality of gear they provided was top-notch, and their lighting and sound engineers were outstanding. Everything sounded great, looked great, and ran smoothly. You can tell they’re true professionals who really know AND LOVE what they do. Can’t wait to work with them again!

We rented a projector for a corporate meeting and everything went great. The setup was easy, the picture was clear, and it worked perfectly the whole time. They were very professional, responsive and made the rental process simple. Delivery and pickup were on time and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again for future events.
